How do I know the bottle is real?

Every bottle arrives sealed with its batch code intact. Look the code up on CheckFresh or CheckCosmetic before you open it. If it does not verify, send it back for a full refund.

Do you deliver outside the Valley?

Yes — anywhere in Nepal. Inside Kathmandu Valley is NRs 150 and takes one to two days; outside is NRs 350 and takes three to five. Free over NRs 10,000 either way.

Can I pay after it arrives?

Cash on delivery is the default and works nationwide. eSewa and bank transfer are also available if you prefer to settle in advance.

You do not stock what I want. Can you get it?

Usually within a week, if an authorised distributor carries it. Send us the exact name and concentration and we will quote you.
