A bottle of something expensive that smelled like nothing after twenty minutes. No batch code. No recourse. It is a familiar story here, and it is the reason PerfumeParadise exists.

Perfume in Nepal has mostly moved through informal channels — a friend's cousin flying back from Dubai, a marketplace listing with three photographs and no provenance. Some of it is genuine. A lot of it is refilled, diluted, or a tester with the box swapped. Unless you knew what a batch code was, you had no way to tell.

So VelvetQueen was registered as a business, opened accounts with authorised distributors, and PerfumeParadise was built as its storefront around a single promise: the bottle you receive is sealed, and you can verify it yourself before you spray it.

We are small. We hold 30 houses and around sixty products at any time, and we pour most of them into 5ml and 10ml decants so you can try a scent properly before spending on the bottle. We would rather stock fewer things well than list hundreds we cannot vouch for.
